Cookies and Trackers Policy

1. About this policy

Pumpeat is a mobile application. As such, it does not use web cookies in the strict sense. It does however rely on equivalent technologies: local storage on your device, technical identifiers and authentication tokens. This policy describes their nature and purpose.

2. Local session storage

An authentication token is stored in your device's secure keychain (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) so that you remain signed in between launches. It is strictly necessary for the service to work.

This token is deleted automatically when you sign out.

3. Local cache

To improve responsiveness and enable partial offline use, the Application caches some data locally: your profile, workouts, recipes, exercise and recipe images.

You can clear this cache by uninstalling and reinstalling the Application.

4. Technical identifiers

An anonymized identifier is used to associate push notifications with your device. No advertising identifier (IDFA / GAID) is collected.

5. Analytics and error reporting

Technical logs may be collected to diagnose errors and improve the service's stability. These logs do not contain information that directly identifies you.

6. No advertising trackers

The Application contains no advertising trackers and shares no data with third-party ad networks.

7. Your choices

Strictly necessary items (authentication token, cache) cannot be disabled without making the service unusable.

You can disable push notifications from your device settings or from the Notifications section in the Application settings.
